Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

TableFlow provides AI voice receptionist configuration (Sofia), workflow automation setup (Make.com), custom website design and hosting, monthly performance reporting, and related consulting services to restaurants and local businesses in Fort Lauderdale, FL and surrounding areas.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required to configure your services
• Ensure you have the legal right to use phone numbers and contact information provided to us
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding automated communications and SMS messaging
• Obtain necessary consents from your customers before we send automated messages on their behalf
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Pay all fees on time as outlined in your selected package

3. Payment Terms

• Starter: $997 one-time setup fee, then $149/month for hosting and maintenance
• Growth: $1,497/month recurring subscription, no setup fee
• Scale: $2,997/month recurring subscription, no setup fee

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

4. SMS and Third-Party Marketing

TableFlow does not use client or end-user contact information for third-party marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected through our services are used solely to deliver the service-related communications described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to tableflowagency@gmail.com
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Services remain active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation
• The $997 Starter setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Bland.ai, Twilio, Make.com, Netlify, Google) or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

TableFlow retains ownership of its proprietary systems and methods. Website content created specifically for your restaurant becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference your business as a client for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TableFlow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, consequential damages, or errors made by the AI receptionist in individual calls.

9. AI Disclaimer

Our AI receptionist (Sofia) is designed to handle common restaurant inquiries accurately. AI systems can make errors. TableFlow is not responsible for individual AI errors. We recommend periodic review of call transcripts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days written notice to active clients. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from TableFlow by visiting our website at tableflowagency.com, entering your phone number in the contact form, and actively checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox states:

"I agree to receive SMS messages from TableFlow regarding my inquiry, reservation confirmations, and catering follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."

Types of Messages

• Inquiry confirmations and audit scheduling confirmations
• Reservation confirmations and 24-hour reminders
• Catering and private event inquiry follow-ups
• General service communications from TableFlow

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per inquiry or reservation. Promotional messages are sent no more than once per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. TableFlow is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Supported Carriers

Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your phone number is handled per our Privacy Policy at tableflowagency.com/legal.html. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
